About The Position

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager in its Supply Chain and Network Operations practice to help clients improve sourcing, procurement, and broader value chain performance. The role leads organizations in driving efficiency, enabling digital transformation, and improving operating models across strategic sourcing and procurement. The position combines strategic advisory and implementation work, including procurement transformation, category strategy, cost reduction, and technology-enabled solutions in complex business environments.

Deloitte’s Sourcing and Procurement practice advises clients on transforming their sourcing and procurement functions into strategic business partners. The work includes identifying savings opportunities across indirect SG&A costs and direct COGS, and supporting digital transformation through procurement technology assessment, selection, implementation, and continuous operations. The role includes leading client engagements, developing client and marketplace relationships, managing teams and deliverables, and building expertise and visibility in sourcing and procurement. Travel averages 50%, depending on the work and clients served. Recruiting for the role ends on 1/31/2027.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or operating model transformation.
• At least 4 years of experience leading project workstreams or client-facing engagements.
• At least 4 years of techno-functional digital procurement experience.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operating models, or cost reduction programs.
• Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work and the clients and industries or sectors served.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
• Ability to lead complex projects and manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Master of Business Administration.
• Experience with procurement technologies such as Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Oro, or Levelpath.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience.
• At least 3 years of consulting sales experience.
• Experience supporting indirect spend, direct spend, or cost of goods sold (COGS) initiatives.
• Experience with procurement transformation assessments, technology selection, or implementation programs.
• Experience managing teams and coaching junior practitioners.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects supporting sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives for client organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement operating model solutions.
• Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and value creation.
• Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technologies, including Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Oro, Levelpath, and similar platforms.
• Surface, scope, and sell procurement-related projects and develop marketplace relationships.
• Manage client relationships, project teams, and deliverables across multiple phases of advisory and implementation work.
• Build eminence and a personal and Deloitte brand in sourcing and procurement.
• Mentor others and provide clear guidance.
