Requirements

A sharp eye for detail and a love for accuracy.
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment.
A true team player who’s ready to share equipment knowledge and pitch in wherever needed.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the hustle.
Great communication skills.
Lifting 15–30 lbs (frequently) and standing for 8–10 hours a day.

Responsibilities

Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting digital printing equipment.
Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift.
Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect.
