About The Position

Ready to dive into the fast-paced world of digital printing? We’re looking for an energetic and detail-loving Digital Printer Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift! If you're all about efficiency, quality, and teamwork, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This role involves mastering digital printing equipment, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with the team to plan staffing and meet production goals, maintain clear communication during shift overlaps, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Quality control is paramount to ensure every print is precise and perfect. The role requires frequent lifting of 15-30 lbs and standing for 8-10 hours a day.

Requirements

Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment.

Responsibilities

Mastering our digital printing equipment like a pro! You’ll be setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly.
Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace because safety = success.
Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect.
Lifting 15–30 lbs (frequently) and standing for 8–10 hours a day (staying active!).
