Requirements

• Familiarity with digital printing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting digital printing equipment.
• Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift.
• Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect.
• Lifting 15–30 lbs (frequently) and standing for 8–10 hours a day.
