About The Position

Craft Beverage Warehouse is a fast-growing, innovative beverage packaging company specializing in direct-to-beverage can digital printing and the distribution of related beverage canning materials. CanSource, a TricorBraun Company, is the supply leader of packaging solutions to the craft beverage industry. TricorBraun is a global packaging leader. In this role, you will supervise daily print production operations and support a small team in a fast-paced environment. This role is hands-on and focuses on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Requirements

Background working in a manufacturing or print production environment.
Solid understanding of digital print production workflows, including importing and preparing final art files.
Hands-on experience using digital print software to set up and manage production run volumes.
Certified or experienced in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
Understanding of quality assurance processes within manufacturing or print operations.
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years' experience in a business environment preferred.

Nice To Haves

Prior involvement in recruiting, hiring, or training manufacturing or production employees.
Experience operating de-palletizers, conveyors, repalletizers, or similar production machinery.
Knowledge in order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping processes.
