About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to join a fast-paced commercial printing and production team. The role involves operating digital printing equipment to produce retail signage, promotional materials, and other printed products while maintaining production schedules and quality standards. The position offers 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift opportunities and pays $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous digital press operating experience is required.
• Knowledge of print production, color matching, and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a production environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, meet production deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating Konica Minolta Accurio machines is strongly preferred.
• Flexographic (Flexo) printing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor digital printing presses.
• Set up jobs and adjust press settings to maintain consistent print quality and color accuracy.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure jobs meet specifications.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with production team members to meet deadlines and output goals.
