Digital Press Operator 2nd Shift
About The Position
The Digital Press Operator produces high-quality signs, decals, banners, graphics, and other printed materials using large-format digital printing equipment. The role operates and maintains digital presses, conducts quality inspections, completes production documentation, and helps move jobs efficiently through production while meeting quality and delivery standards. The position is based on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio, and works second shift, beginning on first shift for training and onboarding to KDM processes and procedures. KDM is a full-service print and point-of-purchase display company that designs, produces, and delivers custom in-store marketing solutions for brands and retailers. Its production environment uses a variety of print and finishing technologies and serves nationally recognized brands.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience operating digital presses or large-format print equipment.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, printing, or a related environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and production deadlines.
- Ability to safely lift, load, and unload materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Inca, EFI Vutek, or similar digital printing equipment.
- Experience in printing, graphics, sign manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and production documentation.
- Mechanical troubleshooting experience.
