About The Position

A growing print operation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to support daily production. This role is ideal for someone with printing or press experience who enjoys working in a structured, team-oriented environment. The position is based in Loudonville, with occasional work required at a secondary location in Ashland.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating digital presses preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a production/printing environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work at both locations
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HP Indigo presses is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing presses to produce high-quality print materials
• Set up, monitor, and adjust print jobs to meet production standards
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment
• Operate finishing equipment (cutting, binding, etc.) as needed
• Inspect printed materials to ensure quality and accuracy
• Manage job workflows to meet deadlines and production schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with other production tasks as needed
