This role focuses on delivering the right message to the right user at the right time through experimentation, analytics, and AI-driven personalization. You will lead A/B and multivariate testing, analyze user behavior, and optimize digital journeys to increase conversion, engagement, and key business outcomes. You’ll partner cross-functionally to execute strategies and communicate insights using tools like Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target.
