About The Position

PlainsCapital Bank is seeking a Digital Payments Strategy & Operations Manager to be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and modernization efforts across the Bank's payment ecosystem. The Manager will lead and support critical payment transformation initiatives, including system implementations, conversions, process optimization efforts, and operational readiness activities. This role will develop deep subject matter expertise across domestic and international payment channels while progressively assuming broader leadership responsibilities within Digital Payments. The position will also provide operational and strategic support for enterprise growth initiatives, regulatory changes, and evolving payment capabilities.

Requirements

Experience in digital payments strategy and operations.
Experience in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Experience in payment transformation initiatives, including system implementations, conversions, and process optimization.
Subject matter expertise in domestic and international payment channels.
Experience in providing operational and strategic support for enterprise growth initiatives and regulatory changes.
