About The Position

Kelso Building Services (KBS) is looking for dependable team members to join our Digital Operations Center (DOC) in Ogden, Utah. The DOC provides 24/7 remote monitoring and support for customer HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and facility operations across the country. We are specifically seeking operators interested in weekend coverage and night shifts between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. DOC Operators monitor building systems and alarms, communicate with customers, coordinate technicians, assist with remote troubleshooting, and escalate critical issues when necessary. We are looking for people who are dependable, comfortable with computers and technology, good communicators, and able to work independently during nights and weekends.
