The Digital Navigation Coordinator brings digital skills directly to the people who need them, in the form they can actually use. Based at Conway Community Center, this position serves two groups: youth ages 14 to 24 enrolled in workforce programming and community members connected through partner organizations, including Roots Wellness Center. The work includes supporting and facilitating group workshops and providing 1:1 support to community members, covering everything from setting up a first professional email to navigating benefits portals to staying safe online under the guidance and supervision of Conway Community Center staff. This is a full-time ACC AmeriCorps position with The Sanneh Foundation. The American Connection Corps (ACC), an AmeriCorps program of Lead For America (LFA), is a service fellowship program aimed at helping communities build the digital connectivity necessary to expand opportunity and economic mobility, ranging from healthcare access to quality employment. ACC Members spend a year serving with locally-rooted organizations, helping address the digital divide and strengthen access to opportunity. Through their service, they gain hands-on experience, build in-demand skills, and explore career pathways while making a tangible impact in their communities. The mission of The Sanneh Foundation is to Empower youth, Improve lives and Unite communities.
