Digital Mobility Consultant
About The Position
This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. The consultant will build reusable, scalable, and high-performance mobile components, integrate various services and SDKs, and collaborate with designers to create intuitive interfaces. A key aspect of the role is optimizing application performance and writing clean, maintainable code. The position also requires working with backend and AI teams to integrate AI-enabled features, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring application security and compliance. Troubleshooting platform-specific issues and collaborating with native engineers are also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years in mobile application development
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in React Native
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance mobile components
- Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party SDKs into mobile applications
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive mobile interfaces
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness across Android and iOS
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and release management
- Work with backend and AI teams to integrate AI-enabled features into mobile applications
- Implement features such as smart search, chat interfaces, recommendations, summarization, voice/text interactions, or predictive workflows where required
- Support CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and app deployment processes
- Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance standards are followed
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-specific issues across iOS and Android environments
- Collaborate with native mobile engineers to optimize performance, security, and user experience on each platform
