About The Position

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Merchandising Analyst to support and grow a large-scale B2B eCommerce business. This role is responsible for optimizing digital merchandising, improving online customer experience, and driving category performance through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Pricing, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Category Management to execute merchandising strategies that increase online sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Merchandising.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, assortment planning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Automotive, Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution, or B2B eCommerce environments.
  • Experience working with omnichannel retail or digital commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer experience optimization and digital merchandising best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital merchandising strategies across B2B eCommerce channels.
  • Analyze category performance and recommend actions to improve sales and conversion.
  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and online merchandising.
  • Monitor website performance, search results, and customer experience.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Use analytics tools to measure KPIs, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Partner with Product, Pricing, Operations, and Engineering teams to improve the digital shopping experience.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
