About The Position

BAUER Equipment America is a leading global provider of foundation equipment and support to the foundation construction industry. We have offices and dealer network with locations throughout the United States. Recognized for its technological advances and innovation, BAUER Equipment America represents BAUER Maschinen across North and Central America. We are headquartered in Conroe, Texas and we operate a facility in Livermore, California. We are looking for a Digital Media & Content Specialist for our Conroe office. This position would report to the Marketing Lead. The Digital Media & Content Specialist is responsible for supporting digital storytelling, content production, and social media growth across BAUER Equipment America product lines and brands. This role focuses on creating engaging long-form and short-form content that highlights equipment, operations, training, projects, people, and company culture through modern digital media and storytelling.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or as deemed fit by the management
  • Experience with video shooting, video, audio and photo editing
  • Basic understanding of photography, lighting and content production setups for photo and video applications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or similar creative software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital storytelling
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital performance metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Windows, and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • 2-4 years of directly related training and/or experience.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, see, read, hear, have the physical and mental ability to travel independently and the physical and mental ability to comply with customary workshop, office, job site work environments, safety requirements and other customary regulations and requirements in these environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic graphic design and motion graphics experience is a plus
  • Experience operating drones and capturing aerial photo/video content is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging long-form and short-form digital content for company platforms
  • Capture photo and video content on-site or off-site including equipment, operations, training, events, customer visits, and company culture
  • Shoot and edit video content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct and facilitate interviews with employees, customers, leadership, and industry partners
  • Identify and develop content and storytelling opportunities throughout the organization
  • Manage and publish content across company social media channels
  • Maintain content schedules and support content planning initiatives
  • Track and report social media and digital performance metrics
  • Support influencer, partner, brand, and industry collaboration opportunities through digital content, social media engagement, and campaign initiatives.
  • Support digital campaigns, audience engagement initiatives, and brand awareness efforts
  • Collaborate with departments including sales, service, training, manufacturing, operations, and leadership
  • Organize and maintain digital media and content libraries
  • Support additional marketing projects, events, operational, and company initiatives as needed, including assisting with event setup, coordination, and other departmental activities outside of content creation responsibilities.
  • Performs a variety of marketing duties and activities as assigned by the team lead.
