About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing in the United States. This role is a senior digital marketing position responsible for driving global digital performance and brand visibility. You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across web, email, paid search, paid social, webinars, and content syndication. The position blends strategic oversight with hands-on campaign management, using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and qualified pipeline generation. You will work cross-functionally with marketing operations, content, demand generation, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable impact. In addition to campaign management, you will oversee SEO, paid media, website performance, and agency partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the organization’s digital footprint in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or regtech.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
  • Expertise in paid media management (LinkedIn, Google Ads), SEO, and email automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Skilled at managing external agency partnerships to align with marketing goals.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills to translate complex concepts into compelling messaging.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, ON24, SEMRush (or equivalents).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end global digital campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization and reporting, aligned with revenue goals.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams to create omni-channel campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage external digital agencies, guiding paid media and SEO strategies to meet global messaging and lead-generation objectives.
  • Oversee website performance and enhancements in WordPress, ensuring a conversion-focused and modern user experience.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Search Console to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in SEO, paid media, email automation, and overall campaign ROI.
  • Test new channels, technologies, and creative approaches to stay ahead of digital trends.
