About The Position

In this role, you will execute and support global digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, helping transform strategy into measurable results. You will manage campaigns including paid media, webinars, and digital promotions while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The Digital Marketing Specialist ensures operational excellence, accurate reporting, and timely delivery of programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will also help optimize campaign performance, maintain marketing technology tools, and support creative and brand consistency across campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other data analysis and presentation tools.
  • Knowledge of B2B digital marketing concepts, including paid social, paid search, webinars, sponsored content, lead management, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, webinar platforms, and intent data tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and AI-powered marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support digital marketing campaigns across paid media, webinars, content syndication, and other channels.
  • Coordinate digital activities with internal teams, external partners, and international marketing stakeholders.
  • Manage project tracking, campaign documentation, and digital asset libraries, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Monitor program performance, analyze data, and generate reports to inform optimization strategies.
  • Maintain marketing platform hygiene across tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and webinar platforms.
  • Support creative initiatives, including copy edits, video subtitles, and asset reviews, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Assist with ad hoc digital initiatives, process improvements, and operational support for marketing programs.
