The Digital Marketing Strategist plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels while also owning marketing operations, digital services, system integrations, and analytics. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution — connecting marketing tools and data sources, administering core marketing platforms, automating workflows, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reporting. This role is the primary owner of key digital services that drive member engagement and self-service adoption, including SMS and email opt-ins, digital banking usage and enrollment, SavvyMoney content and rate updates, the digital virtual assistant, and related vendor platforms. The strategist collaborates across teams and partners to enhance marketing performance, data accuracy, operational efficiency, and digital adoption, while embodying the core values of Arkansas Federal Credit Union.
