About The Position

Under the general direction of the Director of Strategic Marketing and Engagement, the Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for digital communication across social media, email, chatbot, websites, digital signage and photo asset management. The position will utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM and provide primary support for campus email processes. This includes developing and editing content, creating templates, importing email data and ensuring a smooth communication process for students, faculty, staff and alumni. In addition, the Digital Marketing Strategist also helps to support AI chatbots and agents, which includes updating and creating knowledge base content. The role will also support digital marketing efforts and serve as a backup for social media needs. The incumbent also manages the University’s paid ads strategy for recruitment and provides lead support on photo asset management. The incumbent will support University Communications-led web initiatives and University-wide brand alignment efforts. The incumbent will work closely with Instructional and Information Technology Services to understand business needs and requirements for specific web projects. This position serves as a resource for the University community, contributing to campus groups on a variety of communication tools including but not limited to texting, social media ads, photo management, CRM and web.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
