About The Position

Stewart is seeking a Digital Marketing Sr. Specialist, Personalization to join their team. This role involves the support, coordination, production, and management of written, visual, and digital marketing and communications strategy, programs, and materials. The specialist will be responsible for researching, designing, producing, publishing, and optimizing digital content and experiences to meet strategic business goals. This position supports scalable digital experience delivery across multiple CMS platforms through content authoring, personalization, experimentation, and optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise brand, accessibility, SEO, analytics, and governance standards. Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2-4 years of related digital content authoring or CMS experience.
  • Individual contributor working under direct supervision with limited autonomy.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the production, optimization, publishing, and maintenance of high-quality digital content across multiple CMS platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, SharePoint, and future enterprise CMS solutions).
  • Building and publishing responsive digital experiences using structured content, reusable templates, and component-based authoring practices.
  • Ensuring online content supports brand standards, web style guidelines, accessibility (WCAG), SEO/GEO/AIO best practices, analytics requirements, and legal/compliance standards.
  • Supporting personalization strategies and audience-targeted experiences using platforms such as Adobe Target and Amplitude.
  • Executing and supporting A/B testing and optimization initiatives using Amplitude Experimentation and related analytics tools.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with developers, UX/design, SEO/GEO/AIO, analytics, legal/compliance, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences.
  • Supporting enterprise website migration and modernization initiatives across CMS platforms and digital properties.
  • Performing a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
  • Following clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
  • Using basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by management.
