About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This individual will manage performance- driven campaigns, improve marketing efficiency, and ensure our brands remain visible, competitive, and compelling in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social campaigns
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, website optimization best practices, desire to learn LLM optimization
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, pixels, tags)
  • Comfort managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Digital marketing experience in hospitality, direct to consumer brands, or with an agency preferred
  • Degree or certificate in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Experience with streaming TV or programmatic advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce optimization

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and maintain digital media initiatives across streaming TV, Google/SEM, remarketing, YouTube (organic and paid), social media advertising, third-party placements, and other digital media buys
  • Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize reach, efficiency, and return on investment
  • Serve as the primary facilitator of the company's restaurant loyalty program, ensuring alignment with marketing, operational, and technology objectives
  • Support restaurant operations through communication and guidance on loyalty initiatives while coordinating with IT to maintain platform functionality, resolve issues, and ensure accurate program execution
  • Develop, manage, and optimize keyword campaigns for all restaurant and retail brands, tailoring strategies to individual brand needs and conducting weekly optimizations
  • Optimize video content for organic reach and engagement while managing paid video advertising campaigns using professional assets
  • Set up and manage eCommerce operations for spirits and specialty retail websites (including but not limited to St. Elmo Cocktails and Rare Saint), ensuring seamless customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Improve marketing technology infrastructure across all websites, including Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta pixels, Mailchimp, and related tools
