If you’re a digital marketer who thrives on owning campaigns end-to-end and turning data into action, this Digital Marketing Specialist role offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact. You’ll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple audiences, helping fuel growth across MASA’s Business Group. In this role, you’ll take ownership of digital campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization--leveraging tools like HubSpot and advanced analytics platforms to reach employee benefits brokers, employers or associations, and consumers across a multi-tier B2B2C marketing model (e.g. MASA – Broker or Association – Employer – Consumer). You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure campaigns don’t just generate leads, but drive meaningful business outcomes.
