The Digital Marketing Specialist is crucial to the success of the Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement (PAE) team’s high-volume digital communication program, supporting the build, testing, deployment and optimization of email programs and associated forms and landing pages within a marketing automation platform. The Specialist is a creative thinker and problem solver with a desire to develop competency across the digital marketing skillset. This role is an opportunity to learn and own the execution of the marketing automation practice in the organization, and provides experience in web strategy, analytics, user experience design and technical marketing. The position works in close collaboration with client teams in Alumni Engagement and Donor Events and Experiences, as well as within the marketing and communications team.
