The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing various aspects of the digital marketing strategy, including email marketing, social media management, and content creation. The Digital Marketing Specialist develops engaging email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions. The Digital Marketing Specialist also manages the social media channels by creating compelling content that resonates with the target audience and drives brand awareness. The Digital Marketing Specialist will produce high-quality graphics, written content for blogs, articles, website copy, and other marketing materials.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Experience or knowledge of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment.
Demonstrates professional standards, excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
Passionate about all aspects of digital marketing - from crafting impactful emails to managing social media.
Possesses strong communication skills both written and verbal with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategy across multiple channels along with experience in email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
Ability to think creatively while maintaining attention to detail.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Stellar communications and professional collaboration skills (oral and written) with ability to interact with a wide variety of professionals and personalities in a fast paced, rapidly growing organization.
Self-starter with good sense of professional urgency and consistent follow through.
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use various software programs, systems, and applications.
Successfully complete comprehensive background check (including criminal record clearance), MVR screen, and drug screen.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision while meeting deadlines and high-quality productivity levels.
Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends, and adapt schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, lnstagram, Twitter, Linkedln) to attract and retain followers across all brands.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, requiring responses.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Write compelling blog posts, articles, website copy, press releases, or other written materials as required.
Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure accurate information in the content produced.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords strategically.
Collaborate with other team members or subject matter experts to gather information for creating informative content pieces.
Edit and proofread written materials before publishing or distributing them.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote brands, services, or events.
Create engaging and personalized email content that resonates with the target audience.
Segment the email list based on various criteria such as demographics, interests, or past interactions.
Design visually appealing email templates using HTML/CSS or email marketing software.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content layout, or call-to-action buttons for higher open and click-through rates.
Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates to measure campaign effectiveness.
Continuously analyze data and customer insights to refine future email campaigns for better results.
Ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) by obtaining proper consent and providing unsubscribe options in emails.
Meet timeliness expectations of completing work as scheduled, demonstrating self-paced performance and adjusting priorities as needed.
Meet quality expectations of accuracy, completeness, and responsiveness to feedback.
Effectively communicate with all levels of staff, visitors, healthcare professionals, marketers, and the public in a professional, sensitive, and interpersonal manner.
Report any immediate safety hazards to appropriate supervisory personnel or maintenance personnel.
Attend and participate in assigned and required trainings, supervisions, weekly meetings, and all other coverage, duties, and special projects as assigned.
Demonstrate awareness and respect for cultural, lifestyle, age, gender, and sexual orientation diversities of clients and staff; apply knowledge of age, gender, and multi-cultural counseling skills.

Keeps abreast of all pertinent federal, state and GMH regulations, laws, and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
Ensures that the staff are trained and evaluated on their knowledge of and adherence to compliance policies and procedures specific to their jobs.
