About The Position

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the digital experience for one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world. You’ll sit on the Web & Organic Growth Team reporting to the Director of Web Strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll manage the CMS, support campaign launches, strengthen our organic presence, and ensure our website is fast, accurate, and conversion-ready. You’ll learn how modern digital ecosystems work—from experiments and personalization to AI-driven search—and you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Design, and RevOps to help scale Ironclad’s inbound engine. If you love solving problems, experimenting, and making digital experiences better every day, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • A collaborative, cross-functional mindset—you enjoy partnering with others to ship great experiences.
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand the why behind metrics, user behaviors, and website performance.
  • A strong willingness to learn and be coached; you actively seek feedback, ask questions, and continuously level up your skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in operational excellence, QA, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A self-motivated, proactive approach—you take ownership, manage your own queue, and anticipate what needs to be done next.
  • Interest in learning the full stack of digital experience work: CMS, analytics, SEO, experimentation, and AI-driven search.
  • Familiarity with website tools and HTML (CMS, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio) and SEO fundamentals—experience with WordPress and HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Website Content & Quality: Publish and update CMS content, maintain site hygiene (links, redirects, tagging), and run pre-/post-launch QA to ensure a polished, accessible, and error-free user experience.

  • Enable Marketing Campaign Execution: Build landing pages for cross-functional initiatives; partner with Brand, PMM, Demand Gen, and MOPs; and ensure everything renders correctly across devices and browsers.
