About The Position

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic photo and video capture/editing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with email marketing tools and content management systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital communications across the Frontier Connect App, email, website, and social media platforms.
  • Manage Frontier’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize website content to ensure accuracy, usability, and strong user experience, leveraging emerging AI tools where appropriate.
  • Capture, produce, and manage photo and video content that showcases Frontier’s people, farmers, and community impact.
  • Plan, write, design, and distribute Frontier’s digital and printed newsletters.
  • Create branded marketing materials (digital and print) in alignment with company standards and messaging.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing projects on time and within brand guidelines.
  • Support events, special projects, and seasonal initiatives to enhance our farmer-owner experience.
