About The Position

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute key initiatives across ecommerce, email marketing, and our loyalty/mobile app programs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys turning strategy into execution, working cross-functionally, and optimizing campaigns that directly impact customer engagement and sales. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our digital ecosystem helping ensure promotions, content, and campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and optimized for performance across channels. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing & CRM.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar) and/or measurement and attribution platforms (e.g., Branch, Apps Flyer, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and promotional workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and performance analysis
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in grocery, retail, or omnichannel marketing
  • Exposure to loyalty programs or mobile app marketing
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization
  • Experience working with analytics tools (GA4, dashboards, BI tools)
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, promotion-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day ecommerce marketing initiatives, including promotions, featured items, landing pages, and on-site content updates
  • Coordinate with merchandising, IT, and ecommerce teams to ensure accurate product representation, pricing, and promotional execution
  • Assist in QA and testing of ecommerce experiences across web and app
  • Monitor ecommerce performance metrics and help identify optimization opportunities
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns including weekly ads, promotions, lifecycle messaging, sweepstakes, and loyalty communications
  • Manage messaging calendars (including email, push, SMS) and ensure alignment with merchandising and promotional priorities
  • Perform QA on messaging content, links, segmentation, and rendering across device
  • Support A/B testing and performance reporting (open rates, CTR, conversions)
  • Manage mobile and cross-channel attribution execution to ensure accurate campaign tracking and performance measurement
  • Pull and analyze campaign performance reports across ecommerce, email, and app channel
  • Identify trends, insights, and recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
