About The Position

Cumulus Media | Cincinnati has an immediate opening for a full-time Digital Marketing Strategist to join the Sales Team in assisting their clients in our Cincinnati market. Our ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of effective digital advertising strategies for our clients. This role combines marketing strategy, creative development, and campaign management to deliver measurable results across audio, display, video, social, and digital platforms.

Requirements

3-5 yrs. of media or digital/online experience preferred
Strong blend of creative thinking, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
Passion for digital marketing, emerging digital trends and innovative advertising strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, and business networking platforms
Proficiency in design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro

Responsibilities

Develop strategic marketing plans for clients based on business objectives
Monitor campaign insights to recommend performance optimizations
Collaborate with the sales team to develop visually engaging campaign concepts and client presentations.
Assist in the development of campaign messaging, headlines, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions.
Accurately create, enter, revise, and maintain Digital RFPs and contract orders across multiple platforms, including generating contracts, content, and file maintenance
