About The Position
As a Digital Marketing Specialist I, you'll support AmeriCU’s digital marketing efforts by managing website content, executing email campaigns, assisting with digital advertising, and analyzing campaign performance. This role plays a key part in creating engaging digital experiences that attract, educate, and retain members while supporting AmeriCU’s brand and business goals.

- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to partner with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website content, landing pages, blogs, and promotions.
- Ensure content is accurate, compliant, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support website enhancements and user experience improvements.
- Build, schedule, and deploy member email campaigns.
- Segment audiences and conduct A/B testing to improve engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and email list health.
- Support paid digital campaigns across Google, social media, display, and retargeting channels.
- Assist with campaign setup, quality assurance, and optimization efforts.
- Assist with the creation and optimization of digital content, blogs, videos, and social media campaigns.
- Help improve content visibility and engagement across digital channels.
- Track website and campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners to execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide support on projects that advance AmeriCU’s marketing and member engagement goals.
