About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing and optimizing digital marketing programs that generate qualified leads, strengthen customer engagement and contribute to revenue growth. This individual contributor role owns key digital marketing channels and campaigns across paid media, website, SEO, social media and content. The Digital Marketing Manager translates business and marketing priorities into measurable digital programs and uses data, testing and optimization to improve performance and return on marketing investment. The successful candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with analytical thinking, project leadership and a results-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid media, lead-generation programs, websites, SEO and digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics, attribution and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and external agencies/vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns based on data and business results.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with company growth, brand and sales objectives.
  • Own campaign strategy, execution, measurement and optimization across assigned digital channels.
  • Develop campaign objectives, audience strategies, channel plans, budgets and performance measures.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders to translate business priorities into effective digital programs.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and initiatives from concept through execution and performance analysis.
  • Manage paid search, paid social, display, retargeting and other digital advertising programs.
  • Develop strategies to increase qualified traffic, leads and conversions.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend based on performance.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including cost per click, cost per lead, conversion rate, lead quality and return on advertising spend.
  • Develop testing strategies for audiences, messaging, creative, landing pages and offers.
  • Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to evaluate lead quality and downstream business results.
  • Manage ongoing website optimization to improve customer experience, organic visibility, engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies in partnership with internal and external resources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, user journeys and conversion paths.
  • Use website and search analytics to identify trends, performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate website enhancements and digital projects with agencies, developers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop digital content and social media strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives.
  • Manage organic and paid social campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Partner with creative and content resources to develop compelling digital assets and messaging.
  • Use audience and engagement data to continuously improve content performance.
  • Ensure digital content and campaigns consistently reflect brand standards.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for digital marketing programs.
  • Develop regular reporting on digital performance, lead generation, campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Translate digital data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Use testing and performance analysis to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies and digital opportunities that may improve business results.
  • Manage assigned digital marketing budgets and monitor spend against plan.
  • Manage relationships and deliverables with digital agencies, media partners, technology providers and other vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor and agency performance against established objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensure resources are allocated toward the highest-value digital opportunities.
  • Serve as a digital marketing partner to Sales, Product, Brand and other business functions.
  • Collaborate with Sales to improve lead generation, lead quality and conversion.
  • Communicate digital strategy, campaign results and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Influence priorities and decisions through data, insights and demonstrated business impact.

  • competitive starting base salary ranging from $85,000 - $106,000
  • expected total target compensation for employees meeting performance expectations ranges from $98,000 to $122,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and target annual bonus opportunity.
