JOB OVERVIEW: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic growth and execution of the Braves Development Company’s digital presence for The Battery Atlanta and Pennant Park properties. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Events, this role will own and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and support enterprise-wide goals for the organization. This individual must be a highly creative and proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results independently. A strong understanding of storytelling across digital platforms is essential, as is the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with diverse audiences. This role requires a hands-on approach to digital execution, including content creation, channel management (social media, website, email, and SMS), performance reporting, and collaboration across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong executional skills and a data-driven mindset to grow audience reach, enhance digital engagement, and drive measurable marketing results.
