About The Position

Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of Barnhart’s digital marketing initiatives in support of sales performance and business objectives. This role ensures all digital platforms are aligned to generate qualified opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen Barnhart’s market position. The Digital Marketing Manager partners closely with marketing leadership, sales, and external partners to deliver measurable results through disciplinedexecution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B experience preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of PPC, paid social, SEO, and website strategy
  • Experience leading or managing team members or contributors
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable digital strategies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Planning Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Translate business priorities into effective channel strategies across website, social media, paid media, and search
  • Ensure digital initiatives support lead generation and sales enablement goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability across digital platforms
  • Website Strategy & Management Own the performance, effectiveness, and day-to-day management of the company website
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing and internal stakeholders on website strategy, structure, messaging, and conversion pathways
  • Ensure website updates align with overall marketing strategy and brand standards
  • Optimize user experience and conversion performance within established frameworks
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on development and ongoing updates
  • Maintain website security, performance, and technical integrity
  • Paid Media (Google & Paid Social) Develop and manage PPC, display, and paid social strategies in alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee campaign structure, targeting, and budgets
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance, efficiency, and return on investment
  • Social Media Management Oversee Barnhart’s social media presence across platforms
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning
  • Manage content calendars and publishing cadence
  • Evaluate performance and adjust strategy and execution as needed
  • Team Leadership & Execution Lead, develop, and support digital marketing team members
  • Delegate execution while maintaining quality and alignment with strategy
  • Establish priorities, workflows, and execution standards
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors and partners
  • Leverage external capabilities to support scalability and specialized expertise
  • Ensure vendor output aligns with Barnhart’s strategy, brand standards, and performance expectations
  • Analytics & Performance Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance metrics
  • Use data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Provide clear performance insights to marketing and sales leadership
