About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media/Digital Media Manager to expand and enhance our digital presence across key platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, ideal for someone who can effectively manage brand voice, utilize analytics for decision-making, and leverage AI and social management tools to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience managing social or digital media for a brand or organization.
Strong understanding of brand presence and audience engagement.
Experience with KPI tracking, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Hands-on experience with Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
Comfort using AI tools to support content creation and performance analysis.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Experience with paid social or campaign support.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, native platform analytics, or CRM integrations.
Basic design or video editing experience.

Responsibilities

Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interaction on social media platforms.
