About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for our Marketing team! This role is responsible for executing/implementing marketing strategy across digital channels for the Credit Union to drive business growth and hit company goals. Development of new (or innovation of existing) Credit Union products and services to attract new members or deeper existing member household relationships. Plan and execute tactical marketing programs to the community, membership, and employees to ensure heightened awareness of not only Coastal1’s products and services, but of our involvement in the communities we serve. Founded in 1928 and based in Pawtucket, Coastal1 Credit Union is a growing, member-focused organization serving over 130,000 members. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Business Intelligence platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and the rapidly changing impact of AI on these tactics.
  • Experience with email and/or CRM marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress (or other Content Management Systems).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze data and information, draw logical conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Effective presentation skills. Must possess artistic and compositional abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat Credit Union image.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with time management/organizational/multi-tasking skills while keeping each on schedule and on budget.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Established ability to work collaboratively across all levels and functions of Coastal1 to coordinate solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and execution all digital elements of overall Marketing Plan. Manage and execute digital channels including, but not limited to search, social (paid/earned/owned), website maintenance, email, SMS, internal company web portal, and OTT/Digital Video.
  • Manage social media content calendar. Collaborate with Community Development and SVP, Marketing on maintaining forward looking content planning calendar and execution of plan for all social media channels. Write copy, plan & execute visuals, execute posts.
  • Manage, monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Ensure company’s website is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. Work closely with web developers and business line owners to implement improvements, required business updates (such as rates), and continue to evolve website to maintain relevance in age of AI first search results.
  • In collaboration with SVP, Business Development, assist in development and manage annual marketing budget to encompass all aspects of marketing based on annual strategic goals of the Credit Union.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and manage paid search campaigns to improve organic and paid visibility.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotions. Ensure emails are engaging, personalized, and drive conversions.
  • Work cross-functionally with business line owners, SVP Marketing, creative resources, and developers to ensure digital communications are cohesive with all other channel marketing efforts.
  • Analyze data via Snowflake data warehouse to identify and build audiences for tailored marketing campaigns
  • Perform other duties as required.
