About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting and managing the health system's mission, brand, and services to the public through the use digital media channels, including web, social media, email, and more. This person excels in digital influence, social networking, digital storytelling, online reputation management, and engagement. A successful candidate will be data-minded with a strong understanding of analytics and how to determine ROI. This role furthers Inspira Health’s marketing strategy using new and existing social media and digital channels. Writing, designing, and developing digital content (original text, images, video, etc.) and engaging with Inspira’s audience are day-to-day expectations. The Digital Marketing Manager is also responsible for continuously improving Inspira Health’s marketing efforts by capturing and analyzing the appropriate digital data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information. In addition to managing channel performance, this role manages direct reports and vendor partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Recent experience in each area of responsibility is required.
  • 2+ years professional experience managing brand-level social media channels and campaigns, with in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • 2+ years experience managing WYSIWYG websites and handling web projects.
  • 2+ years experience collaborating in the development of omni-channel marketing content strategy.
  • 2+ years experience reporting on digital or social campaigns.
  • Must have experience running email marketing campaigns, including logic-based drip campaigns.
  • Proficient writer, particularly for digital media.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Health care experience preferred.
  • Professional use of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn preferred.
  • Experience managing direct reports and/or vendors preferred.
  • Drupal, WordPress, Listrak, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HIVE or similar project management tool, Meltwater experience preferred.
