About The Position

Sales Engine helps home service businesses build a marketing and sales "operating system" for their business. Marketing Engineers are "hands on" service providers, coaches and consultants. Sales Engine is a marketing and sales solution company serving the home services and home improvement niches, with customers in all US time zones and Canada. They are a small company with big goals and growing quickly, helping business owners create predictable marketing and sales growth. A Marketing Engineer is a "Marketing Manager" with additional direct marketing tools and sales pipeline visibility, helping businesses hit their sales targets each month by monitoring performance, identifying missed opportunities, making recommendations, and driving growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of Digital Marketing Experience
• Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Other Digital Platforms
• Understand Basic Principles of Sales, Marketing, CRM and Sales Pipeline Management and Ad Creation
• Communicate Effectively with Business Owners
• Discipline Yourself and Prioritize Your Work
• Be a Great Team Player

Nice To Haves

• CRM Experience is Preferred and a Plus
• Additional Sales Experience a Plus
