About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts focusing efforts to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will partner closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to shape marketing strategy, optimize campaigns, guide website and digital experience decisions, and establish best practices for marketing measurement. You will also play a key role in mentoring analysts and advancing the team’s analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related analytics role, with demonstrated impact on marketing strategy and performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into meaningful insights.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills; experience with additional analytics or BI platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects end-to-end, and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor industry or high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, governance, and evolution of marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs, website health, and campaign performance across channels.
  • Translate complex marketing and customer data into actionable insights that influence strategy, investment decisions, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with marketing teams to define measurement strategies, success metrics, and analytical approaches for key initiatives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and marketing leadership in a clear, compelling, and business-focused manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, tracking, and measurement methodologies across marketing platforms.
  • Stay current on marketing analytics tools, data visualization best practices, and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytics standards and best practices.
