The Digital Marketing Manager is part of a dynamic Brand, Marketing and Communications team who is responsible for developing, executing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies that support a rapidly growing business. The Marketing Manager, with proven experience in digital platforms such as social, website and email, you will be responsible for the overall digital experience with specific emphasis on website, social and digital marketing strategy. The role will lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration while analyzing insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email, and SEO, driving measurable business results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital initiatives align with business objectives and adhere to brand standards.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business and marketing stakeholders, shaping optimal web experiences that incorporate SEO best practices and user-centric design.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
  • Lead social media strategy and ensure consistency with broader digital marketing efforts, including reporting and analytics.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, making strategic recommendations to foster innovation and growth.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets
  • Develop dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insights to marketing and sales stakeholders and work to ensure utilization and adoption of reporting
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Visual Design, or other related major or equivalent professional experience
  • Two or more years of experience in a marketing role
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with an analytics tool, preferably Google Analytics
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and impact.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and ability to innovate.
