About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and expand Mastercam's online presence in the manufacturing and machining industry. This role will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness across multiple digital channels. This role will also provide guidance and direction to digital marketing specialists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or manufacturing
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and campaign management
  • Proficiency with WordPress, GA4, HubSpot, SEMRush, Google AdWords, Meta and LinkedIn ad platforms
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, CNC machining, or CAD/CAM software (preferred)
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes in technical industries
  • Familiarity with trade publications and industry events in manufacturing
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into marketing tactics
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across search, social media, email, and display advertising
  • Manage campaign budgets and track ROI to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Manage and direct development work for Mastercam.com and other digital properties
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling content that resonates with manufacturing professionals
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines and user experience
  • Develop SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility for industry-relevant keywords
  • Collaborate with marcom team to develop blog content strategy and publishing calendar
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns targeting manufacturing decision-makers across paid and earned/owned channels
  • Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages to improve lead quality and quantity
  • Develop nurturing campaigns for prospects at different stages of the buyer's journey
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline lead management
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, content, and landing pages to optimize results
  • Track and analyze customer acquisition costs and lifetime value metrics
