About The Position

About This Role: Document Crunch is seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our amazing and tight-knit team. Specializing in email marketing, HubSpot campaign administration, paid ads and SEO strategies, this individual will play a key role in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This is a hybrid role for candidates based in our Atlanta, GA Hub. Key Responsibilities: The Digital Marketing Manager is a critical role in our organization. The key responsibilities are: Paid Media & Digital Acquisition Plan, launch, and optimize paid programs across channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, retargeting, niche/industry placements). Own budget pacing, audience strategy, creative/testing plans, and ongoing performance optimization. Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure proper tracking, conversion events, and attribution setup. Website Own the performance of landing pages and conversion paths (forms, offers, CTAs, routing). Run A/B tests and iterative improvements to increase conversion rate and lead quality. Collaborate with Brand/Content/Product Marketing to translate campaign messaging into high-performing digital experiences. Email Marketing & Lifecycle (Execution + Optimization) Build and optimize lifecycle programs (lead capture, nurture, re-engagement, customer comms supporting retention/expansion). Develop segmentation strategy and testing plans (subject lines, messaging, offers, cadence), partnering with Marketing Ops for implementation standards and governance. Ensure campaigns reflect the right message-to-audience match and align to funnel stages. SEO Build and execute an SEO plan to improve organic traffic and intent capture. Optimize on-page elements (meta, internal linking, technical hygiene in partnership with web/dev) and collaborate on content briefs that map to priority keywords and buyer intent. Monitor rankings, traffic quality, and conversion contribution. Skill Set: These are the primary skills we're looking for to drive success in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of B2B email marketing experience – construction technology preferred
  • Proficient in utilizing HubSpot (certification a plus) to create and execute impactful email campaigns aligned with the marketing funnel
  • Strong writing skills, especially in crafting communications that result in qualified pipeline and opportunities
  • The ability to build visually compelling emails that have high engagement rates
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, and Hotjar
  • Proven track record of improving organic search traffic, rankings, and revenue
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Deep understanding of email best practices, GDPR regulations, and compliance standards
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
