City: Houston State: Texas Digital Marketing Manager The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing our digital presence across all platforms and demonstrate a return on investment (ROI) to the separate businesses for marketing-related activities. This role will be responsible for the execution and evolution of our digital strategy — including content creation, paid media, community management, and performance tracking. A key aspect of this position is to advise and report Ann, providing insights that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings a data-driven mindset with proven success in launching, measuring, and validating ROI across diverse marketing campaigns. They are curious, resourceful and a self-starter who is a fast learner. This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX, requiring in-office presence 3 days per week. Candidates must be located in the Houston area or willing to relocate.

Requirements

Ability to analyze complex situations, develop actionable plans aligned with organizational goals, and adapt strategies based on evolving circumstances.
Proficient with marketing automation platforms and CRM software (SalesForce & Pardot).
Proficient and demonstrated experience in implementing campaigns within Pardot Engagement Studio.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong knowledge in creating reports including marketing ROI to executives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with teams and create a collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field with 8+ years of experience in digital marketing manager and website management experience.
HS Diploma and 10+ years of experience in digital marketing in lieu of degree.
Documented success in campaign management and delivering quantifiable ROI to the business.
Experience in managing social media, email marketing, and website content.
Proven ability to measure and demonstrate marketing ROI.

Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Leadership Design, execute, and optimize integrated multichannel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, and display advertising platforms, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives and growth initiatives.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans by analyzing market dynamics, aligning initiatives with business goals, and adapting strategies to evolving market conditions.
Digital Performance & Analytics Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Salesforce and Pardot, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Establish and implement ROI measurement frameworks that demonstrate clear business value to individual business units.
Provide detailed performance reports with strategic recommendations to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture Architect and deploy automated email marketing and workflows through Pardot Engagement Studio to nurture leads throughout the customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with business units to craft compelling email content and execute targeted campaigns including newsletters, promotional communications, and automated nurture sequences.
Website & Search Optimization Oversee website content strategy and performance optimization in collaboration with headquarters team and business units.
Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve search rankings
Social Media Strategy & Execution Direct the strategy and execution of both paid and organic social media initiatives across all platforms.
Manage company social media presence to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis.
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market trend assessment to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Translate market insights into actionable recommendations that enhance competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership Self-Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of marketing programs.
Supervise and mentor digital marketing specialists, coordinators, and content creators, providing guidance on campaign execution, best practices, and professional development.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Assign projects and delegate tasks based on team members' strengths, workload capacity, and development goals.
Monitor team productivity and workflow efficiency, making adjustments to optimize performance and meet deadlines.
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic objectives.
Develop and manage digital marketing budget allocations across team salaries, tools, platforms, and campaign spend.
Serve as the primary liaison between the digital marketing team and business unit leaders, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
Participate in the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for digital marketing team members if necessary.
