About The Position

Codal is an award-winning digital consultancy specializing in product strategy, experience design, eCommerce, platform engineering, cloud architecture, big data, and AI. They serve as a premium development partner for enterprise clients across life sciences, manufacturing, B2B platforms, and eCommerce. The marketing team is responsible for driving pipeline across these service lines, working closely with sales and technology partners to generate and convert demand. This is a significant investment in marketing through 2026, offering a chance to join a team that is being built out. This role is for a Digital Marketing Lead who will own Codal's demand engine, including the website, organic visibility, paid digital, landing pages, and the webinar program. It is a hands-on senior role requiring both strategy setting and execution. The position reports into the Global Head of Marketing and involves close collaboration with design, engineering, content, and sales teams. The goal is to transform Codal.com into a high-converting machine that drives pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B digital marketing.
  • Consulting firm, agency, or professional services background.
  • Experience driving digital growth for a complex service business.
  • Strong technical SEO foundation: schema, Core Web Vitals, crawl, indexation, log file analysis.
  • Working familiarity with AEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
  • Proven track record of building and improving websites that convert, with measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads.
  • Comfortable working with engineers and designers, able to write clear briefs and understand technical tradeoffs.
  • Strong analytical foundation, comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Sanity, headless CMS, Next.js, or other modern composable web stacks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, performance, information architecture, and conversion paths for Codal.com.
  • Partner with design and engineering on website redesign roadmaps, A/B tests, page templates, and site improvements.
  • Manage the CMS (Sanity), including briefing, reviewing, and launching new pages.
  • Oversee site performance, including Core Web Vitals, page speed, accessibility, and uptime.
  • Own technical SEO end-to-end, including crawl, indexation, schema, internal linking, and site architecture.
  • Develop and execute the AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) playbook for AI-driven discovery.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits, monitor SERP performance, and prioritize page-level updates.
  • Partner with the Senior Content Manager on SEO and AEO-driven content briefs.
  • Design and launch campaign landing pages for major campaigns and partner programs.
  • Set up conversion tracking, form logic, UTMs, and routing into HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and retargeting, including strategy, agencies, and reporting.
  • Own the webinar program end-to-end, including topic strategy, partner coordination, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
  • Run co-marketing webinars and digital events with technology partners.
  • Track and report on webinar attribution to pipeline, not just attendance.
  • Own the digital marketing dashboard, tracking traffic, conversions, MQLs, attribution, and paid ROI.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews to identify scaling, cutting, and investment opportunities.
  • Connect digital performance to revenue impact.
