About The Position

The Digital Marketing Intern will work directly with the North American Marketing Manager on real campaigns, analytics, and sales enablement initiatives, helping to drive measurable business results. This role offers hands-on experience from day one for individuals interested in data-driven marketing, AI tools, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Analytical mindset with interest in performance data
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a technical/industrial environment
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch email and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Support targeting, segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Help improve campaign performance over time
  • Track key KPIs (open rates, CTR, engagement, leads)
  • Build dashboards and summarize weekly performance
  • Support executive-level reporting
  • Develop newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and marketing assets
  • Create clean, professional visuals aligned with brand standards
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity and accuracy
  • Support follow-ups from trade shows and customer interactions
  • Help create sales materials tailored to applications and equipment
  • Assist with Customer Portal and digital engagement initiatives
  • Maintain and clean contact databases
  • Support lead generation tools and workflows
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency and automate tasks
