About The Position

NETZSCH Premier Technologies is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to collaborate directly with the North American Marketing Manager on live campaigns, analytics, and sales enablement projects. This role aims to contribute to measurable business outcomes and offers hands-on experience in data-driven marketing, AI tools, and process improvement from the outset. The position is part-time, requiring 10-15 hours per week, with a largely flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in performance data
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a technical/industrial environment
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and Pardot
  • Experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facelift
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content generation, research, and automation
  • Basic design skills using tools like Adobe, Canva, or similar
  • Programming knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch email and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Support targeting, segmentation, and performance tracking for campaigns
  • Help improve campaign performance over time
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and leads
  • Build dashboards and summarize weekly performance reports
  • Support executive-level reporting
  • Develop newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and other marketing assets
  • Create clean, professional visuals that align with brand standards
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity and accuracy
  • Support follow-ups from trade shows and customer interactions
  • Help create sales materials tailored to specific applications and equipment
  • Assist with the Customer Portal and digital engagement initiatives
  • Maintain and clean contact databases
  • Support lead generation tools and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate tasks
