About The Position

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Bunzl, you’ll help with real marketing projects that support things like SEO, email, social media, website updates, and reporting. We’re here to help you learn, so this is a chance to get hands-on experience and build skills you can use in future internships and full-time roles. You’ll work with different teams, learn how digital marketing comes together in a real business, and get experience with both the day-to-day work and bigger-picture projects. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, try new things, and learn from people who do this work every day. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Creative & Demand Generation and partners with teams across Creative, Sales, E-Commerce, and Digital.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field at an accredited University/College and returning to classes in the Fall of 2026.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence asking thoughtful questions.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
  • Highly organized and comfortable supporting structured project work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a professional environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to marketing tools, CRM systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics), or analytics platforms
  • Basic experience with design or content editing tools
  • Career interest in B2B marketing or in-house agency environments
  • Curiosity about multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital strategy

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email, social media, and website channels.
  • Support website updates and content optimization efforts to enhance user experience and search visibility.
  • Help with audience segmentation, campaign execution, and tracking using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, assisting in reporting and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Sales, E-Commerce, Digital) to support integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Content Strategist to ensure timely delivery and alignment of digital messaging and assets.
  • Provide support with basic design or content editing tasks, as needed.
  • Maintain organization across multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
