Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship Required to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a field related to the industry, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and passion for learning.
  • Digital Marketing Experience
  • Located in the Washington District of Columbia region
  • Ability to commute to Reston, VA HQ
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Interest in digital marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, tagging strategies, and landing page optimization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using tools such as Canva, Google Analytics (including the Tag Manager), and LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using Google Analytics and Tag Manager to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO principles, and online advertising strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of video editing software and multimedia tools to create engaging video content.
  • Creative mindset with strong design skills for creating visually appealing landing pages and marketing collateral.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and optimize strategies for success.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with geocaching strategies is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns, video content creation/editing, and landing page designs.
  • Experience with video production and editing is highly desirable, especially in creating promotional and demo videos.
  • Knowledge of geocaching strategies and their application in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Availability for 2 days of in-office collaboration per week is preferred, with flexibility for remote work as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing data from previous marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Analyze key metrics such as website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and ad performance on LinkedIn.
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to inform ongoing marketing strategies.
  • Optimize LinkedIn Ads for recruiting purposes.
  • Adjust targeting parameters based on audience demographics, job titles, industries, and geographical locations.
  • A/B test ad variations to optimize click-through rates, conversions, and cost per acquisition.
  • Monitor ad performance throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Participate in a collaborative meeting with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
  • Discuss ongoing campaigns, upcoming initiatives, and strategic priorities.
  • Share insights and recommendations based on data analysis and ad performance.
  • Work on creating and optimizing landing pages using tools like Canva and website CMS platforms.
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages that align with campaign goals and messaging.
  • Implement A/B tests on landing page elements such as headlines, call-to-action buttons, and form fields.
  • Monitor landing page performance metrics and make iterative improvements to drive conversions.
  • Focus on video content production, including editing and creation of promotional and demo videos.
  • Edit raw screenshare meeting-style video footage to create a 60-second ad for securing meetings.
  • Develop a 5-minute demo video showcasing the key features and benefits of the service for client presentations.
  • Ensure video content is engaging, informative, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Finalize ad optimizations, landing page updates, and video edits.
  • Review the day's accomplishments and document progress in project management tools.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks including ongoing campaigns, new initiatives, and strategic projects.
