About The Position

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support digital marketing initiatives focused on growing awareness and adoption of our AuraLux product portfolio. This internship provides hands-on experience in digital campaign execution, content development, marketing analytics, and lead generation within the medical aesthetics industry.
The Digital Marketing Intern will work closely with the Marketing team and Practice Development Managers (PDMs) to help develop digital assets, support campaign strategies, and optimize marketing initiatives designed to drive customer engagement and support commercial growth.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, healthcare innovation, or medical aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with an interest in content development and brand strategy.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and web platforms to support AuraLux initiatives.
• Support the creation of digital marketing assets including email graphics, landing pages, social content, presentations, and promotional materials for Practice Development Managers (PDMs).
• Help develop and organize marketing content designed to support customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Assist with managing and updating marketing materials within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Support email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and nurture workflows.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer insights, and digital marketing opportunities within the aesthetics industry.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics including engagement, lead generation, and conversion activity.
• Support website and landing page updates, content optimization, and digital branding initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Practice Development teams on campaign and product launch initiatives.
• Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, social media strategies, and content best practices.
