About The Position

At Chemin, we build the data pipelines and reinforcement learning workflows that power autonomous vehicles, robotics, and the next generation AI agents. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help tell our story. You'll create content that sparks conversations, grow our LinkedIn and newsletter audience, organise events that bring people together, and build meaningful connections across the AI ecosystem. If you love creating, connecting with people, and turning ideas into something others genuinely enjoy, this role gives you the chance to make an impact, take ownership, and grow alongside a team shaping the future of AI.

Requirements

• Has 2–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, communications, content, community, or event management.
• Love writing and knows how to turn complex ideas into engaging stories.
• Have experience managing social media (especially LinkedIn) and email newsletters.
• Enjoys planning events and bringing communities together.
• Are organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
• Takes ownership, learns quickly, and enjoys experimenting with new ideas.
• Are curious about AI, technology, startups, and the future of work.

Nice To Haves

• You've run newsletters, communities, or events before.
• You have a portfolio, personal brand, side project, or creative work you're proud of.
• You know tools like Canva, Notion, CapCut, or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Grow Chemin's presence through LinkedIn, newsletters
• Plan and execute community initiatives, events, and ecosystem engagements that connect AI builders, researchers, enterprises, and universities.
• Transform research, insights, and technical content from our internal team into engaging stories, articles, social posts, and newsletters.
• Build and nurture our AI community through online engagement and offline experiences.
• Support campaigns that generate awareness, partnerships, and qualified leads.
• Work closely with researchers, founders, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
