About The Position

Cumulus Media Detroit-Ann Arbor is seeking a highly creative and motivated Digital Marketing Creative Specialist to join our Digital Department. This position focuses on developing compelling digital marketing assets and campaign concepts for prospective and existing advertising clients, creating platform-specific content for a variety of digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing display advertising, developing email marketing creative, producing social media content, producing podcasts, and creating OTT/CTV video commercials, each designed to help businesses achieve their marketing goals. The successful candidate will work closely with our Digital and Sales teams to develop customized marketing solutions that generate results for clients while supporting the continued growth of our digital business. Beyond strong creative skills, candidates should understand how today's major advertising platforms operate, allowing them to build content optimized for audience targeting, engagement, and performance. We are looking for someone who combines strong creative abilities with a genuine curiosity for emerging technology. Requirements

Two to five years of experience in graphic design, video production, digital marketing, advertising, content creation, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Audition.
Experience developing creative assets for digital advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, display advertising, email marketing, and video advertising environments.
Working knowledge of OTT/CTV advertising, digital audience targeting, and platform-specific creative requirements.
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to explore emerging technologies and apply new tools to marketing challenges.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.

Nice To Haves

Experience in media, broadcasting, digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.
Experience with motion graphics and advanced video editing techniques.
Working knowledge of WordPress and website content management.
Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

Produce digital marketing campaigns and creative assets for prospective and existing advertising clients across display, social media, email, websites, streaming audio, podcasts, and OTT/CTV platforms, tailoring content to platform-specific audiences and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with Sales and Digital teams to develop campaign concepts, presentations, and customized marketing solutions that help clients achieve their business goals.
Produce podcast content through audio and video production, editing, packaging, promotion, distribution, and audience engagement strategies.
Coordinate with campaign delivery partners and platforms to ensure creative assets are properly trafficked, targeted, and positioned for campaign success.
Utilize emerging technologies to enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and identify innovative approaches to digital marketing and content production.
Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment while staying current on evolving digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
