About The Position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day digital marketing activities across Northern One Hour Heating & Air, Northern Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and Northern Mister Sparky Electric. This role is hands-on and execution-focused in creating and publishing content, managing social media, responding to reviews, sending email campaigns, and keeping our marketing calendar on track. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and takes pride in doing great work every single day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or social media role.
  • Comfortable managing social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willing to invest in ongoing self-development and professional growth.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the home services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the content calendar across all three brands. Publishing blogs (2/month per brand), social media posts (20+ per month per brand), and email newsletters on schedule.
  • Manage and grow all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile with consistent brand voice and active engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to all online reviews across Google, Facebook, and Yelp in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize PulseM to monitor review request delivery and flag any issues to the Marketing Manager.
  • Build and send monthly email marketing campaigns using the approved calendar and templates.
  • Maintain and update the content and campaign calendar in the marketing platform and keeping all tasks current and on time.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, branded assets, and promotional items for field staff and events.
  • Review and approve all print proofs before production.
  • Set technicians up in PulseM and capture technician bios and headshots.
  • Take Photos / Video for Social Media Content.
  • Track and report on content performance and social media engagement to the Marketing Manager weekly.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, General Managers, and field teams to gather content ideas that reflect real job expertise
  • Attend and participate in Marketing L-10 meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
